Our 'Bare Feet Retreat' is a Spacious 1555 sq ft family and pet friendly Town home,
It is conveniently located just across the street from Beach access # 31. The home is decorated to be your warm and inviting home away from home for you and your family to relax in an enjoy while on your vacation.
Our pool is huge 20'x40'x7' deep at one end and 4' deep at the other. The pool is secluded and rarely crowded. Tables, lounge chairs are located there for your comfort.
From our upper deck you have a perfect view of the Beach, Ocean, Pier and Dunes. Our fenced shaded back courtyard offers you privacy with a grill, table, umbrella and chairs for relaxing in the afternoon or enjoying a chilled juice and treats for your morning breakfast. We are looking forward to you joining our Paradise and being our Guest.
This attractively decorated home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a front upper deck with beach, pier and ocean views and a private fenced rear courtyard.
Next door is the Surf Deck & Restaurant featuring great dining, nightly entertainment and a sports bar to tailgate at and enjoy your favorite team.
The pier and ocean access is directly across the street and is the location of the best waves on Amelia Island.
Enjoy fishing, boating, surfing, swimming, viewing dolphins, right whales, pelicans, sandpipers, shelling, horseback riding and island hopping just for starters.
We also have Internet, WiFi & Alexa connections for your Business, e-mails, online pleasure shopping/surfing and Kindle Fire use, etc.
Whether you are visiting during the Shrimp Boat Festival or the Concours d'Elegance, we are centrally located to both venues.
Our town home is perfect for a large family getaway, a quiet weekend for 2 or a working remote at the beach. We think we have everything you need for a stress free vacation. Early check ins and late arrivals are determined on whether someone is checking in/out on the day you need the service. If no one is checking out on the day of your arrival, feel free to check in as early as you like. Same goes for late checkouts. If no one is checking in the day you depart...takes your time and check out late.

ahhh the beach
We had a wonderful stay. This trip was for my daughter's graduation present as we usually stay on the beach but the price of this condo allowed us to stay 2 weeks instead of our usual 1 week! Location was awesome, only minutes from everything. We especially enjoyed the beach and the pool. The condo had everything we needed. Thank You for allowing us to enjoy your paradise!shawnd

My family and I lived in Fernandina Beach for 5 years before moving away in December. This was our first trip back, and our first time using , and we couldn't be happier. The condo was clean and well-maintained, the onsite pool was great, and the location was a 10 minute drive to anything on the island - and a three minute walk to the beach. Perfect!susan

507 S. Fletcher Ave
My two children and I stayed at the two story located at 507 S. Fletcher Ave in Fernandina Beach, Florida from Tuesday, July 26 through Sunday, July 31 2016. We were very pleased for several reasons. First is we were able to reserve the house in very short notice, which was crucial as my children were starting school at the beginning of August. We really loved the place for the layout, especially the 2nd story deck that had the ocean view and a good breeze every evening. The inside was perfect for our small party allowing each of us to have our own bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary appliances and cooking utensils required to prepare our meals. There was even a large gas grill which we made a point to use. I would definitely stay here again should the opportunity arise.Angela M
Beautiful Townhouse
This town house is beautiful with lots of "beachy" touches throughout the entire house. There was so much space that hubby and I did not even use on of the bedrooms. The location was quiet. The main reason we selected this house was because it was pet-friendly. The little dog park was a nice addition and the ponds were gorgeous. Enjoyed the swimming pool on a nightly basis. We would rent this place again if in the area.Barbara T
Best rental
We love this rental. It is ideally located close to the ocean and close to the dog park. We have two goldens who love coming here and are welcomed with open arms by the owners. Our fourth year staying on Amelia Island is coming up, and we would not stay anywhere else.ashfernandez
Perfect family get away
Our little family of 4 stayed for a weekend and we couldn’t have been more pleased! The location was perfect! The condo was very clean and well stocked for all of our needs. This beach condo made for a great relaxing trip filled with beautiful sunrises and quiet dinners on the balcony.sherons
Best deal on Amelia
We have stayed at #7 1 to 3 times year for the last 5 years and would not stay anywhere else on the Island. The location is perfect, close to grocery stories, restaurants, and down town, right next door to the famous Surf restaurant. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook, they even have a crock pot . Jack and Becky are great to work with. The beds are very comfortable. We loved our stay and hope to be back before the summer is over.Contact Owner
