The house is lovely and exactly as the photos show.
The house is lovely and exactly as the photos show. The pool is serviced once a week and the water is crystal clear. The sun rises every morning over the canal and is really beautiful to see. I'm sure you will not be disappointed...however our only complaint is with Renee'. There was an issue with the pool pump making a god awful noise when it was running and Renee' claimed to know nothing about it. When did it start she asked us? According to the neighbors and pool company, it had been going on for months. One neighbor called the police and they came knocking at our door only to find out we are just the renters. Another day the neighbor next door came out of her house screaming at us and the pool guy because she was so tired of hearing this awful sound. She was the one who finally reached out to the homeowner, explained that the entire canal is angry with them for not fixing this issue and the pump was replaced the next day. Renee' did absolutely nothing to help.Contact Owner
