Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, our 2nd floor condo offers a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches". Regency Towers is on the east end of Panama City Beach. Minutes to St. Andrews State Park with a full array of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Fifteen minute drive to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. Condo amenities include 3 pools (one heated), hot tub, gym, pool tables, arcade, gift shop, tennis courts, grills with picnic area and so much more! Being located on the 2nd floor this allows you to bypass the elevator for a quick one flight down the stairs to have you on the beach in a short time!
Regency offers a full Tiki hut that serves food and drinks between our 2 large pools. There is a 1000sg ft work- out room overlooking the beach, tennis courts, large spa hot tub, gated community with a guard on duty 24 hours, outdoor bbq grills, free WIFI and cable tv in all the rooms. Seasonally the Regency has nightly entertainment with movies on the lawn while relaxing in the pool or lounge chair. Pool tables and arcades for the big and little kids. Last but the best of all you are located at the end of the beach where it is nice and quiet, without the heavy traffic and loud bars and chaos! Come stay with us and you will never go anywhere else. FREE BEACH SERVICE (chairs with cushions and umbrella from March-Oct)

Owner's Cancellation Policy :
Deposit of $300 is due 5 days after booking. Security Deposit Refunds are mailed within 5 days of departure, after unit is cleaned & checked for any damages. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE, unless a mandatory evacuation is made. Then a pro-rated amount based on time stayed will be given. Cancellation notice of 60 days is required for full refund. If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, deposit will be forfeited; if closer than 30 days, rent is non-refundable. If unit can be rented, then everything paid will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee.

I can't say enough good things about our vacation. You really never know who you are dealing with when you go to rent something for the first time. You just pray you are getting what you expect! This entire vacation exceeded my expectations. Kim was so helpful and kept in touch from the moment I made the reservation until I got home from the beach. The condo was perfect. I loved that security was on the scene 24/7 so I never worried about my teenage girls if they were not in sight. The pools and grounds were immaculate. Getting to and from the beach was so easy and the chairs were great! We rented an extra set and the guys in charge of the chairs made sure nobody was sitting in chairs that had not rented them. The kitchen was well stocked and there was even clothes detergent that had been left. The washer and dryer were new and worked great! The couches were comfortable and there was even extra beach towels if we needed them! We visited Pier Park and ate at several restaurants including Firefly which we loved. I cannot wait to return to this condo! My only regret is that I don't own it!!! Go have fun soon!!!Kelly
Where family memories are made…
This place was exactly what we needed. Our party of 8 had more than enough space. The Condo was super nice, but not too high end where I worried about the children. Second story views were amazing. Not needing to use an elevator was a bonus. We prepare most of our meals within the condo and could not believe how well furnished the kitchen was. And as other reviews have said, the ice machine was an amazing treat. The heated pool was a must for early April and it did not disappoint. The tiki bar was a nice surprise, great service and respectable prices. Loved that this room was away from The pool noise. And so close to beach access. The included beach chairs were amazing. The white sandy beaches and shells that we found are breath taking. Kim was amazing to work with. She made everything so seamless and simple. If you’re looking to make memories with your family this is your place!!!!Derrick
Nothing more is needed for a great beach vacation
This is the second time staying in this unit and both times have been nothing short of fantastic. Plenty of sleeping arrangements, amazing gulf front view, and maybe most importantly no elevator needed. The building is very well kept and great for children and families. Bikini Bobs concessions is poolside and offers more than acceptable eats as well as an option to buy a souvenir cup and get free sweet tea throughout your stay. The ability to arrive early, obtain wristbands, and access the heated pool/beach before the unit is available is an incredible plus! All in all you can’t go wrong by experiencing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico while staying here!Kelly
Great condo to stay right on the beach!
I can’t say enough about this condo. The location is great! It’s on the second floor right next to the stairs so we didn’t use the elevators even once. The condo itself had everything we needed for a great vacation! And Kim is the best!! She’s so helpful and gets back to you very quickly with even the smallest of things. We will definitely stay here again!!Diane
Already wanting to go back
I can’t express enough how much we loved this condo! It was perfect for my family of 5. We loved the location and the ocean front view. The kitchen was well stocked, and we actually ate breakfast in every day and supper in 5 nights, bc we didn’t want to leave. The sunsets are AMAZING from the balcony! We loved the pool and Bikini Bobs ….a bonus if you buy the souvenir cup for $8 , you get free tea or water refills all week…..if you like mixed drinks, you get the cup filled up with that as for the same price of the red Dixie cup. He even said the cup is good for refills as long as you own your cup……bring back next year. And Kim ….she is wonderful to work with. She made everything so easy from the moment I booked until we left, and was quick to respond anytime I sent her a text. I feel like I have made a friend. One final thing about the condo, is that it is 2nd level and so no need to use the elevator. That was wonderful for us!!! This is our new favorite place to stay and already looking forward to next year!Sharon

We want to say thank you for allowing us to stay in your home away from home for the week. The condo had everything we needed and more! Very clean! We had plenty of towels, including beach towels. Couldn’t Ask For Anything Better
Once again, our experience with Kim along with this particular condo and location is off the charts when it comes to a rating. We absolutely LOVE this particular condo and location. It is quite, clean, convenient when it comes to location itself and the unit is beautifully decorated. We have peaked into the windows of other units and they are drab and dull…. LOL!!! Oh and a dang big sized ice maker that looks like a miniature dishwasher…..what the heck!! I felt like royalty having that. We are retuning customers and always will be at this rate. You absolutely couldn’t ask for a better property manager than Kim……she is phenomenal!!! All unit owners would be lucky to have her. Great Vacation
Kim was awesome to work with from the start. The condo was completely as advertised and had everything we needed for a 9 day stay at PCB. The convenance of being on the second floor right beside the stairs was great. We never had to wait on an elevator when we were going out to get to our vehicles.
