ONLY WEEKLY RENTAL IN THE SUMMER!
This NON-SMOKING condo has tile floors throughout the unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed with access to the ocean front balcony. Front guest bedroom has a king size bed. The back guest bedroom has a two full size beds.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, along with TV.
This unit comes fully equipped with all of your linens, along with a full size washer / dryer inside the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs. Dining table has seating for up to 6 people along with 3 barstools.
The living room has ceiling fan, 55 inch TV along with access to the gulf front balcony where you have a patio set that seats 4 people.
Rental includes Wi-Fi (serived by complex) along with 2-padded beach chairs & umbrella service. These chairs sit directly on the beach! (available only during season, usually March - October)
Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive and is a gated complex, with private parking with 24 hr security. This complex has two beachside swimming pools (one heated seasonally), one large wading pool for the kids, indoor Jacuzzi, beach side deck, poolside snack bar, lighted tennis courts, shuffle board, basketball court, exercise room & game room. Along with charcoal grills & picnic tables.
The unit is located on the 13th floor, with the best view to watch the sunset. If you are looking for a great place to take your family.....this is the unit for you.

Deposit,due within 7 to 10 days of making reservations.
Refunds are mailed within 5 days of departure, after unit is cleaned & checked for any damages.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE, unless a mandatory evacuation is made. Then a pro-rated amount based on time stayed will be given. Cancellation notice of 60 days on weekly rentals, and 45 days for monthly rentals. If less notice is given, deposit will be forfeited. (Unless, we are able to rent unit)

The beds were so comfortable my family wrote down the names of the mattress to see if we could purchase them for home. The Regency Towers had lots of activities for kids. Couldn't be better.
This is a great location away from front beach road, but not too far away from the local attractions. The balcony view of the beach, dolphins, and sunsets would make great postcards. Kim is always accommodating and will work with you on check in and checkout times and the price is always a bargain.kathy

Regency 1306 was nothing but amazing! The condo is beautiful, spacious, well equipped with all the essentials plus more! Upon entering the first thing we noticed was how clean the condo was.
