Property Description
Villa Margarita is a beautiful pool home that is located in a quiet area in the SW Cape, close to Pine Island Road, so it is close to shopping and restaurants. This large home has over 2300 square feet and all of the upgrades you could possibly need. The large electric heated pool and spa are surrounded by trees giving you total privacy and serenity. There is also plenty of space on the lanai for entertaining. The kitchen is beautifully upgraded with a tile backsplash, corian counters, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The large master bathroom features a separate soaking tub. This home is also tastefully decorated in a Florida tropical style.

We just finished our vacation at Villa Margarita in Cape Coral, Fl. Wow what a great place to stay! Everything you need was there. The home was beautiful and well maintained. The pool and hot tub was fantastic!! Our host Renee was wonderful to work with and answered all questions we had right away. Will definitely use Renee again if we are in the area.Dave

We just finished a 6 day stay at Renee’s property. The check in was very easy. The house was perfect for our party of 7. The kitchen was very well stocked, with quality cookware. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and the beds were extremely comfortable. The back deck and pool were beautiful. We enjoyed swimming and having our lunch on the lanai. We were very happy with the beach chairs, towels and umbrella available for our use. Our vehicle was full of luggage for 7 people, so we didn’t have space to bring our own. Renee was very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.Kristy

Very nice place to stay. Quiet and Comfortable. I liked that the Patio Doors could lock so I wasn't worried about my 2 year old running out to the pool when I wasn't looking. Very nice home. Pool and back patio were awesome. Home is fully stocked with plenty of extras. Easy access to get pretty much anywhere. Since we flew in, we really appreciate all the beach items to use.Rebeca

We stayed there for the month of February. we had asked if we could get in early as we were leaving from another airbnb and we had meat that needed to be put in the freezer, Renee told us we could get in for 12, We met the owners of the house as they were there at the time, Super nice people showed us around there lovely house it is a beautiful house loved the pool and the hot tub the house has a beautiful kitchen with lots of room it was very clean. Fully stocked with everything that you need. Renee responded to any questions we had within a few hours, We would recommend this house to anyone, you will not be disappointed Thanks for the great stay. See you againContact Owner
