The canal which feeds into Estero Bay can provide you with countless hours of fishing opportunities.
The masterbedroom contains a ceiling fan, TV, alarm clock, slider patio doors with direct access to the covered lanai. The master bath has dual sinks, a wall of mirrors and a separate toilet and shower area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The formal dining room seats six comfortably. There is also additional seating on the screened in lanai. Your friends and family will have plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing in the large open living room, kitchen, dining area. We are located mid island in a more sedate family atmosphere. We are convenient to Santini Plaza which has nine restaurants (including an ice cream parlour), post office, CVS drug store, book store, hardware store, clothing stores and miscellanous other shops. Times Square 2 1/2 miles, Boat Marina for docking minutes away, dock facilities at house, Publix supermarket is within walking distance, nestled between Sanibel/Captiva and Naples, 5 minutes to Lovers Key State Park, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Airport,
