This unit is rented to people older than 25yrs, and it is non smoking and not pet friendly. This unit can sleep 4 (2in King Bed and 2in queen sofa bed), and also has a portable crib available that can be set up on request. You can rent this unit along with a lockout Studio unit that has a king bed and a twin sofa bed.
Luau1 is on the beach side of Sandestin resort right behind the Beach House and Hilton Hotel in Sandestin. It is not directly on the beach. It is just behind beach house, the beach access area, and adjacent to the parking lot to the beach access area. You can walk right out of your condo to go to the beach. It is literally a three minute stroll to the beach. Luau has the best salt water pool in the resort.
This unit comes with free wifi, Tram service access, and basic kitchen sundries, such as salt and spices, sugar, tea and coffee, condiments and more. I also keep paper plates and plastic cups, foil, wraps, and ziplock bags in the cabinets for you. Under the sink I have soap, dishwasher pods, wipes and garbage bags. The laundry area has detergent and dryer sheets
I provide towels and linens. You have the highest quality sheets I could find, Comphy brand, and the highest hotel-quality towels I could buy. I also provide you with the highest quality bathroom amenities I could find, Ecru New York.
This is a 1Br condo with kitchen and and living area. Bedroom have a king bed and its own bath. The living room, with its queen sofa bed, can access the master bath. This unit sleeps 4 This unit also has washer and dryer.
I also provide port-a-cribs if requested. The closet has 2beach chairs and umbrella for your use.
I have a adjoining king bed studio(like a hotel room) with out a kitchen and separate living area. in the studio side which also has a small pullout sofa, that would accomidate another person.
I also have one unit at Westwinds, vrbo #354082 also two bedroom unit with a 6seater golf cart. and
a 1Br unit at Elation right in the Village of Baytowne Wharf - vrbo #374093 which comes with a 4seater golf cart.. Each of my condos is completely different, in location and in feel. Please feel free to call me or email me if you have any questions.

Full refund if cancelled before 45days. If you cancel later - I would refund what ever amount I am able to rent the unit for(it may be lower than what you paid - if the new guest is booking fewer nights or if you and I agree to provide a discount to get some one else to book the unit for your cancllation).
