Property Description
This is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse that comfortably sleeps 6 in a 24 acre Resort / Condo complex.
Included in the price are Taxes, Cleaning, WiFi, a Golf Cart, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Bikes, Fishing Gear, Snorkeling Gear, Tennis Equipment, Towels, Linens, Kitchen utensils, appliances, etc...
All you need to bring are food, clothes, medicines (& restock your toilet paper & paper towels when the initial rolls are used).
There is a 4 acre salt water lagoon that has tarpon, snapper, puffer fish, chubs, lobster, grouper, etc Some of which you may hand feed and swim with (no fishing in the lagoon).
About the area :
The Resort / Condo complex located at Mile Marker 99.5 on the Atlantic Ocean in Key Largo, Florida. We are surrounded on 3 sides by the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park & the National Marine Sanctuary. We are a mile off U.S. 1, the main road in the Keys, so you do not hear the noise of traffic where we are. We are about an hour from Miami International Airport and 2 hours from Key West. Next Door to us is Dolphin Plus, where you may learn about and swim with Dolphins. 7 miles south is the Wild Bird Rescue Center, that you may visit. 50 miles south is the Turtle Hospital in Marathon (also open to the public).
Getting around :
Bikes are provided for you use at no cost. There are over 40 miles of bike paths in Key Largo. I provide you with a golf cart, at no charge, for your use within the 24 acre complex. Most people arrive by car and use it while here. Parking is free Local and regional bus service is available one mile from here.

Miami International Air port is about an hour from here and Hollywood / Fort Lauderdale International Airport is and is about an hour & 1/2 from here. Bikes are provided for you use at no cost.
