Property Description
This 'cozy canal cottage' is probably the most affordable home in Vero with water access to the the river, and/or the ocean by boat! It is modest but well located in the heart of Vero, and very close to the beautiful beaches. You can not stay closer to the beach without being on the barrier island, and spending much, much more!
The master has a Craftmatic adjustable, king bed and very large closet, floor to ceiling. The guest bedroom also has a king bed, with a similar closet. The large living room has a queen sofa bed. There is also a trundle bed (two twins, or king) in the now enclosed, former carport. The main bath has a bathtub, and the second full bath in the large laundry room has a stall shower.
The location in the heart of Vero is hard to beat, close to everything, offering superb comfort and value!

Owner is local and on call 24/7 for top notch service for our guests.
