After 16 years of providing wonderful vacation memories at our 4 Sun Sea and Sand Vacation locations we understand our guests needs. We offer great accommodations at reasonable rates.
Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condos truly offer the home away from home, vacation experience. Our Ocean Terrace Club condo as pictured, in the much sought after Daytona Beach Shores location offers ocean views and spectacular intercoastal river views.
We love this area and its 21 mile stretch of beautiful pristine beach and enjoy speaking with our prospective guests about the Daytona Area and all it has to offer, we truly have something for anyone.

We also offer 3 resort studio units that offer beachfront fun in the sun. Our Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center has the best amenities.
Our Hawaiian Inn Beach Resort units offer super views from large private balconies and an active large fun pool deck.

Area Information
Our Ocean Terrace Club condominium building is secure and well maintained. It is located on the corner of Amelia and A1A, at a beach access ramp allowing for very easy access to the drive away beach to the north or the no driving beach to the south. The Sunglow Fishing Pier is just a short walk up the beach. Crabby Joes Restaurant is located on the pier and is a local favorite. This is a very convenient location with, abundant shopping and many restaurants plus interesting points of interest all within a short drive. The Dunlawton Ave high bridge can be seen from the back balcony and is a convenient link to the mainland and all it has to offer.
