Bedroom Nr 2: 1 King/Queen Size Bed and 1 single bed or 3 single Size Beds, 70 Inch Plasma TV with Cable TV, Closet, High Tread Count Bed- & Bath Linen (the wall between bedroom 2 and 3 is a 7.5 foot wall with an 9 foot ceiling to give it more of an open air design feel while still giving privacy).

Sleeping area Nr 3: 1 single bed in alcove/closet style sleeping area

Living Room: 2 Sofas, table and 70 Inch Plasma TV with Cable TV.

2 Bathrooms: Jacuzzi Hot Tub & Shower and the second one with Standing Shower, High Tread Count Bed- & Bath Linen.

Entertaining Patios: one overlooks Golf course and the other with Morning Sun, Seating up to 6 people.

SOPHISTICATED CUSTOMIZED BED-SET-UP:

Please note that we have a sophisticated and flexible customized bed set up for each guests where each bedroom can be set up with 1 King or 2 Twins.
For king size bedding we use memory mattress topper, a king size mattress cover, a king size fitted sheets so there is no seam and where you can enjoy the extra memory foam comfort.

SHEETS, DUVET & BEDDING:
- We provide 2 twin down comforters for a king size bed-set-up or 1 twin down comforter for each twin size bed-set-up. (that is 1 per person)
- We provide 4 pillows for a king size bed-set-up and 2 pillows for each twin size bed-set-up (that is 2 per person)
- When a king size bed-set-up is requested it consists of 2 twin bed frames being placed together covered with memory foam and a king size mattress cover. (So you get the comfortable king size bed experience).
- We use duvet sheets that goes around each down comforter, which are common in Europe and at most modern hotels. The duvet sheet cover sheets gets washed before each guest arrival. Therefore we do not use any additional top sheets as the duvet sheet cover the comforter is the fitted top sheet.

Other things to note
Additional Hotel service and Daily housekeeping can be arranged for $20 pp/night.

We can provide private chef for your catering needs and concierge service at a nominal fee.

The Resort's restaurants are open to the public; Sam Snead Tavern & Azur, both adjacent to the courses. The Clubhouse features a restaurant and bar serving quality breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual country club atmosphere.

BED SET-UP:
Please reach out to our home caretaker via EMAIL at least 2 days prior to your arrival with your preferred bed-set-up (if you are singles or couples/king beds vs twin beds).

IMPORTANT NOTE regarding CHECK-IN:
Please do not just show up and expect to be checked in since this is a private home.
We always try to be flexible on check-in and check-out whenever possible. It all depends on when previous guests check-out, maintenance needing to be done, and when future guests arrive.

CHECK-IN
Normal check-in is at around 5 pm or later for your arrival.
This is a private home we do have lots of cleaning to be done and maintenance preparation that needs to be done before you can check-in. We may also have guests checking out the same day you are arriving, so the earliest we can check you in is normally at 5 pm since we need enough time to prepare and clean the home for you. If you are arriving earlier than 5 pm and have a rental car we suggest you keep your luggage in your rental car until 5 pm when we can check you in.

Most important is that our home needs to be completely clean and ready for you before anyone can be allowed inside the gate. We cannot let anyone onto the property before your 5 pm check-in. It is our goal to give you as our guest the best first impression. Thank you for understanding.

CHECK-OUT
Normal check-out is at 11 am so we can prepare home for future guests. You can check with our home caretaker in the morning of your departure to see if she can get you a slightly later check-out at noon for instance (if available). Thank you for understanding.

RESPECT NEIGHBORS!
Our neighbors and homes are to be fully RESPECTED! We do not tolerate any disturbance to any of our neighbors. No house parties are allowed, no music speakers allowed outside other than from like a mobile phone with conversational volume and it must be completely quiet outside after 10 pm; No non-registered guests/locals are allowed at our home at any time. If we receive a call or it is discovered that any neighbor is disturbed for any reason you will be asked to leave with a ZERO refund. We are confident that everything will be just fine. However, as policy dictates, we must remind you that our homes are located in very quiet, upscale neighborhoods. Respecting our neighbors is our foremost concern.
