SOPHISTICATED CUSTOMIZED BED-SET-UP:

Please note that we have a sophisticated and flexible customized bed set up for each guests where each bedroom can be set up with 1 King or 2 Twins.
For king size bedding we use memory mattress topper, a king size mattress cover, a king size fitted sheets so there is no seam and where you can enjoy the extra memory foam comfort.

SHEETS, DUVET & BEDDING:
- We provide 2 twin down comforters for a king size bed-set-up or 1 twin down comforter for each twin size bed-set-up. (that is 1 per person)
- We provide 4 pillows for a king size bed-set-up and 2 pillows for each twin size bed-set-up (that is 2 per person)
- When a king size bed-set-up is requested it consists of 2 twin bed frames being placed together covered with memory foam and a king size mattress cover. (So you get the comfortable king size bed experience).
- We use duvet sheets that goes around each down comforter, which are common in Europe and at most modern hotels. The duvet sheet cover sheets gets washed before each guest arrival. Therefore we do not use any additional top sheets as the duvet sheet cover the comforter is the fitted top sheet.

Kitchen: Fully Equipped Kitchen with Stove, Oven, Over-the-counter Convectional Microwave Oven, Fridge-Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffeemaker, Nespresso Cappuccino and Latte Maker, Toaster, Blender, Pots & Pans, Cooking/eating utensils, Iron, Ironing-board, Ice-Bucket, Wine Glasses, Kitchen Bar with 2 Bar Stools, Dining Table.

PLUS, easy access to all the restaurants at the Resort at menu pricing, full access to the PGA National SPA at menu pricing, full access to David Ledbetter Academy at menu pricingand full access to PGA National Park with complimentary tennis.

There is a private Hot Tub Pool and a SPA seating area just for you on the back patio (marked as private pool in amenities). There is also a private pool for all resort villa residents and including guests staying in our villa available only about a pitch shot away in the resort villa community.

(there is no access to garage as it is used as a gym and golf practise studio)

IMPORTANT NOTE about cars & parking: Max 2 cars allowed (plus temporary visitor’s parking (not to be used for daily, full-time staff or for permanent use), NO pickup trucks, company cars or vehicles with signs are allowed overnight, NO type of signs on exterior door/windows/façade of home.

For golf we recommend South Florida PGA GolfPass which gives you discounts all year round on selected courses. PGA National is usually included in the South Florida PGA GolfPass during summer months and no other golf is included in your stay. The South Florida PGA GolfPass membership is very reasonable, normally from about $55 (subject to change).

GOLF INSTRUCTION:
Coaching and instructions at PGA National is available and open to the public by world famous David Leadbetter Golf Academy located only about 250 yards from our villa.

FITNESS & GYM:
LA Fitness, Orangetheory Fitness are nearby which you can walk to.

TENNIS:
There is complimentary TENNIS at PGA National Park

WORLD CLASS DINING at PGA National Resort is open to the public (note we are not affiliated with resort or hotel and their policies are subject to change).

SPA at Villa & POOL access in our community:
Our villa has a private Hot Tub SPA on the back patio and there is also have a community pool only about 75 yards from villa

Please understand that we are not related to the hotel and there is no access to the hotel pool.

RESPECT NEIGHBORS! WE DO NOT SUPPORT OR CONDONE PARTIES!
Our neighbors and homes are to be fully RESPECTED! We do not tolerate any disturbance to any of our neighbors. No house parties are allowed, no music speakers allowed outside other than from like a mobile phone with conversational volume and it must be completely quiet outside after 10 pm; No non-registered guests/locals are allowed at our home at any time. If we receive a call or it is discovered that any neighbor is disturbed for any reason you will be asked to leave with a ZERO refund. We are confident that everything will be just fine. However, as policy dictates, we must remind you that our homes are located in very quiet, upscale neighborhoods. Respecting our neighbors is our foremost concern.
