2 Bedroom Golf -Tennis - SPA Villa closest to the clubhouse and SPA in Saddlebrook Golf & Country Club approximately 1600 sf sleeping up to 6 people with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Kitchen Bar with seating for 2 people, Dining Table with seating up to 8 people, Living Room with large sofa group, Plasma TV with Cable TV in each room, 2 Bathrooms one with Standing Shower and the other with Bath Tub and Shower, Patio overlooking the Golf Course with BBQ Grill with seating up to 10 people, 2 Designer Lounge Sunbeds, Shared Hot Tub SPA. Our Golf Villa is in the best location with walking distance to Restaurants, Bar, Café and shopping.

SOPHISTICATED CUSTOMIZED BED-SET-UP:

Please note that we have a sophisticated and flexible customized bed set up for each guests where each bedroom can be set up with 1 King or 2 Twins.
For king size bedding we use memory mattress topper, a king size mattress cover, a king size fitted sheets so there is no seam and where you can enjoy the extra memory foam comfort.

SHEETS, DUVET & BEDDING:
- We provide 2 twin down comforters for a king size bed-set-up or 1 twin down comforter for each twin size bed-set-up. (that is 1 per person)
- We provide 4 pillows for a king size bed-set-up and 2 pillows for each twin size bed-set-up (that is 2 per person)
- When a king size bed-set-up is requested it consists of 2 twin bed frames being placed together covered with memory foam and a king size mattress cover. (So you get the comfortable king size bed experience).
- We use duvet sheets that goes around each down comforter, which are common in Europe and at most modern hotels. The duvet sheet cover sheets gets washed before each guest arrival. Therefore we do not use any additional top sheets as the duvet sheet cover the comforter is the fitted top sheet.

The nearby Epperson Lagoon (which is about 5 miles away) as seen in the photo gallery is open (times/pricing subject to change without notice).

All restaurants and both 2 Arnold Palmer Golf Courses at Saddlebrook are open to the public at general public rates and Resort SuperPool can be booked through ResortPass. Tennis courts are private and tennis can only be played in pre-booked & pre-paid group tennis clinics at the tennis academy

Our neighbors and homes are to be fully RESPECTED! We do not tolerate any disturbance to any of our neighbors. No house parties are allowed, no music speakers allowed outside other than from like a mobile phone with conversational volume and it must be completely quiet outside after 10 pm; No non-registered guests/locals are allowed at our home at any time. If we receive a call or it is discovered that any neighbor is disturbed for any reason you will be asked to leave with a ZERO refund. We are confident that everything will be just fine. However, as policy dictates, we must remind you that our homes are located in very quiet, upscale neighborhoods. Respecting our neighbors is our foremost concern.
