ABOUT OUR SAND CASTLE II CONDO

Our beautiful (recently renovated) condominium is located in the quaint beach town of Indian Shores, which is situated between St. Petersburg Beach and Clearwater. The building sits right on the beautiful white sand, directly facing the GULF OF MEXICO. It is 22 miles from the Tampa Airport and 10 miles from the St Pete./Clearwater Airport.

This luxurious condo is 1200 square feet and is guaranteed to bring you the comfort and relaxation that you’re looking for. Relax with a cocktail, or dine out on our balcony, and listen to the seagulls as the waves break on the beautiful white sandy beach. Come with your family and with friends, or make it a relaxing romantic getaway. You won’t soon forget the magnificent sunsets! ‘When you see our beaches you’ll know you’re in Paradise.’

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, which has beautiful high end bedding. You can relax, read, listen to the waves or watch the flat screen TV from the comfy recliner. We have a large basket of beach/pool towels for your convenience. There is a beautifully tiled master bath with a large seamless glass shower. We have also included a hairdryer for your use, so you can leave yours at home!

The second bedroom is very spacious and is furnished with 2 full sized beds, a flat screen TV , and this room has a large closet. This condo is furnished with a new air conditioner (added summer 2015) and 4 ceiling fans. No matter what the weather, after a relaxing day out on our great beach, you’ll be comfortable. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds.

We have fully equipped the kitchen with everything you’ll need to cook a romantic meal for two, or to cook for your entire family.

We have everything from the new full size stacked washer/dryer (laundry detergent and fabric softener provided) to a WII game for the kids. This unit is equipped with free WIFI, cable TV and long distance calls to Canada.

Area Information

The beaches of Indian Shores are so quiet and relaxing, and yet all you have to do is cross the street to enjoy intercostal dining, or just have cocktails. There are many wonderful restaurants within just a few miles, and plenty of shops. If you’re in the mood to get out on the water, there’s a kayak, paddle board and boat rental just across the street. They also rent scooters and bicycles! This condo is only 30 miles from Busch Gardens in Tampa and 2 hours from Disney World in Orlando. Clearwater Beach is a few miles north and Madeira Beach, Treasure Island and St Pete Beach is a few miles to the south. Don’t forget to stop at Johns Pass Village in Madeira Beach for fun day of “beach shopping!” Come stay at Sand Castle II, unit 2903. “Make memories you won’t soon forget.”
