Spacious fully renovated beachside resort triplex designed to function as a three apartment resort home with separate game room and steamer/sauna room. Resort is spacious for large family vacations, friends vacationing together, corporate retreats and wedding parties!

This is the only 6000 sq ft vacation home in the entire Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral area that boasts 7 bedrooms and 7 baths and comfortably and privately sleeps 22 people in 7 bedrooms, and can accommodate an additional 9 guests using additional 3 queen sofa sleepers and 3 twin sleeper ottomans. Each of the three living rooms have one of the sofa sleepers and one ottoman twin sleeper pullouts in the living rooms. Three separate private living quarters with complete kitchens, balconies, and separate main entrances are joined together by an internal staircase that leads to the heated saltwater pool, commmercial sauna steam room, outdoor gazebo entertainment area, large game room and hot tub. Game room is just off pool area and is fully equipped with pool table, air hockey table arcade games and big screen tv! Golf Cart garage contains all of the beach equipment you would need to enjoy a week at the beach! Equipment includes Tommy Bahama beach chairs, Tommy Bahama Beach umbrellas, boogie boards, surf board, and beach cart.

Outdoor pool lounge area is accented with artificial turf. Artificial turf has two wonderful benefits.... It looks beautiful all the time AND it reduces insects. I have enjoyed swimming at this property in the evening and eating dinner under the gazebo and have had no mosquitos bother me!

There are two living areas upstairs, and one is on the ground floor. There are two separate large yards that are fully fenced for ultimate privacy. This vacation home sits on one of the largest lots in the Cocoa Beach/ Cape Canaveral area and is privately situated on a third of an acre park like paradise and is less than one short block from the beach entrance. Golf cart for the family use is provided at no additional charge.

Home boasts tile flooring throughout, 7 bedrooms, three kitchens and 7 bathrooms. 6 bathrooms are located inside the house and one is located adjacent to pool/sauna area and has an outdoor shower. Large salt water pool is 15 X 30 feet and is heated to a toasty 85 degrees in Winter at no extra charge. Large private cedar sauna/steam room measures 7 ft x 5 feet and provides the ultimate in muscle relaxation. Home is equipped with all brand new stainless steel appliances and two outdoor propane grills. All air conditioners are brand new and quiet rated to provide the ultimate in cooling comfort. Home was chosen for its very close location to the beach entrance, as well as the fact it is located on a very low traffic residential street and is situated East of heavily traveled A1A. Visitors do not have any busy roads to cross when walking or driving the golf carts a short block to the beach! Beach access is visible from your front door! There is plenty of room to play badminton, corn hole, horseshoes or even volleyball. Large quiet ball field, basket ball courts, tennis, racquetball courts and new playground are located only two blocks South. This is an unbelievably convenient location to satisfy the needs of every member in your family.

Sleeping accommodations are as follows: Downstairs living suite will have one queen ensuite and an ensuite with two full beds. The living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa and an ottoman that opens to a twin bed.(9 guests downstairs). One upstairs living unit has same layout as downstairs and also accommodates 9 guests. The largest upstairs living area of 2000 square feet boasts a a grand master ensuite with two queen beds, and two additional bedrooms ( one with two full beds and the other with a queen) that share a detached bathroom. The living room also provides a queen sleeper sofa and a twin pull out ottoman to accommodate 3 guests. All bedrooms have a closet, a dresser and a flat screen tv. Wifi and Cable TV are included.

Home is decorated in a clean, uncluttered beachside Key West theme. Dining room upstairs seats 14 at table and bar, while bar and outdoor balcony seating for 2 is provided in each of the upstairs units. Downstairs unit seats 4 at kitchen breakfast bar, and additional 8 can enjoy the outdoor pergola with seating and bar directly off the patio. Enjoy the Keurig Coffee bar with a variety of coffee and tea selections for you and your guests to enjoy. Home is amazing for entertaining!

Your beach home has everything you will need for a wonderful week's stay! You will be spoiled the moment you arrive when you open the refrigerator and find a large, delicious, fresh florida fruit for your family to indulge in! Your welcome basket will include a variety of coffee, cereal, snacks, bread and the refrigerator will have fresh milk, butter and orange juice. All linens, bath towels, shampoo, soaps, and laundry detergent are provided. Bring your beach clothes, flip flops and toothbrush and RELAX!
