The layout of this unique flat makes it very functional for many guests to enjoy the comfort as if in their own home. This is a three bedroom/two bath with a large master bedroom suite.

Patio access from the sliding glass doors of the master and the living room. King-size bed with TV/DVD, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and large vanity in master suite. One full size bed with pullout trundle(sleeps 3) and TV in second bedroom with walk-in closet and shared bathroom with third bedroom which has a queen-size bed.

In this beautifully decorated cottage style condo you will be only minutes from wonderful golf courses, a very convenient uncrowded pool(out your back door) and an inviting absolutely gorgeous beach(150 yd walk). Whether your favorite activities are golf, shelling, surf fishing, sun sitting, or just relaxing by the pool, you will find this comfortable cottage to be the perfect island retreat. There are miles of biking and walking trails all over and around summer beach as well as the entire island...we have a couple of nice adult bikes but you may want to bring your own and ride with the whole family. Amelia Island has so much to offer yet it is a very quaint place to be so come stay with us and see for yourself!
