We rent by the week only during the summer months, Saturday to Saturday, Check In is 4pm and check out is 10am. There is an additional cleaning fee of $105.00 , we also require a $250 RESERVATION/SECURITY DEPOSIT THAT IS REFUNDABLE IF NO DAMAGES OCCUR.
