Coral Reef is located on Thomas Dr. It is close to Top Rated Restaurants, Shopping (Pier Park), Golf Courses, Marinas and every kind of Entertainment you want. (putt putt golf, go carts, water park, dolphin show, zoo, amusement park, many theaters, etc)

The Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds with Flat Screen TV, Large Closet, and Private Bath. Bath has Brand New Tile, Lighting, Bath Flxtures, Ex-Large Walk-in Shower. UPDATES: New Tile Floor and Walk in Shower, New Bath Fixtures and New Lighting.

The Kitchen is HUGE in size!! It features a NEW Refrigerator, Stove, Built-in Microwave. We NEWLY STOCKED it with full kitchen utensils and appliances. It also has a Dining Area with Glass top Table and 4 Chairs. New Can Lighting and Under Cabinet Lighting just added to the Kitchen and Pendant Lighting added to Bar Area. New Sink Faucet Set. There are 3 High Top Chairs on the Bar.

The Laundry Closet has a NEW Stack HE Washer and Dryer (front load) for our Guest's Convenience.

The Large Family Room has a Gorgeous Full Beach View. It features a Large Flat Screen TV, Blu Ray Player, New Comfortable Wrap Couch w/ Sleeper Pull out and 2 Ex-Sized Chairs. Sits 8 Easily.

The Dining Area has another Glass Top Table w/ 4 Chairs. Making Dining space a total of 11 (including bar area and kitchen table)

The Ex-Large Balcony features a Full Beach View. It has a Table with 4 Chairs, another Chair and Padded Lounger. Seating for 6-7.

Coral Reef has many Amenities for every guest. There are 2 Pools (one is heated seasonally), Large Covered Pavillon, Tons of Grassy Area to Play and 6 BBQ grills (charcoal and gas). Feeling like working out? Coral Reef has an Exercise Center with many machines and equipment, TV and best of all - a Gorgeous Beach View. FREE USE TO ALL GUESTS! There is also a beautifully decorated Lobby w/ Lounging Area/TV and several sets of Table/Chairs with Full Kitchen.

We want our Guests to feel like this is a Home away from Home. We try to provide the extra things you never have when you rent a beach condo like:

4 Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, a Large Beach Umbrella, Small Cooler, Boogie Boards, Floats and Sand Toys for our guest's to use.

Unique Benefits

We picked Panama City Beach because it's close to my parent's home in Freeport and because its such a family oriented beach city. We picked the Coral Reef because of it's outstanding amenities and location! We picked our unit at the Coral Reef because it was furnished like a home vs a rental unit.

We have added many personal touches and upgrades to our unit that makes you feel like you are at home and not in a rental unit. It's very warm, comfortable and inviting.
