Property Description

Maximum 6 adults, 2 medium children, 2 small children and 2 infants in pack and plays. The bunks are for smaller children only. Great for 3 couples and children. Each King bedroom has a (3) balcony facing the beach. Twin bunks are in the larger bedroom. Queen sleeper has a memory foam mattress and is for 1 adult or 2 small children. If you have 4 couples please do not request to rent this condo. The sleeper is not for a couple of adults.
We allow early 3PM check in to avoid the rush at 4PM to the elevators. This will also requires an earlier 9:00 AM check out of the room but you can still stay on the property. The times are not guaranteed, we ask you call when you are close so we can let you know if the condo is ready early or when the cleaner is planning on finishing. Sometimes it may be ready around noon especially during the off season.
This is our favorite condo, we come with our children and grandchildren. We have a pack and play if needed but recommend you bring Clorox wipes if you wish to use. We have paid for 2 sets of Daily Beach Service each day of your stay March 1 - October 31. You will have 2 umbrellas, 4 padded chaise lounges each day of your stay weather and wind permitting. Approximately $500.00 value for the week.
We DO NOT RENT TO SMOKERS so please do not request a quote if someone in your group smokes.
Splash now has an onsite, one time registration at $20.00 which includes all registered guests for length of stay. No additional fee for parking. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No guest of guest are allowed in our condo or on property. There is a new registration desk right before you cross over the bridge. Ball teams cannot invite team mates to property.
Bring $20. or a CC for registration for your parking passes and pool bands. We will supply the filled in registration form.
I always bring extra wash cloths, hand towels, kitchen rags and towels. This is so you do not have to wash every night. Bring your own cloths to remove makeup. There is a large stack LG washer & dryer. Bring HE detergent.
5/2016 Wall removed at entry and 2/2019 new small sofa for a small child to sleep on if needed (bring pillow, sheets and blanket if you plan to use sofa ), mainly just a place to put items. We have pack and plays in condo, but bring Clorox wipes if you plan to use and a sheet for the pad. This condo books up FAST - sometimes a year in advance.
Only registered guests allowed on the property. No guest of guests allowed.
We rent Saturday-Saturday during Spring, Fall, Winter Breaks and Summer.
Splash offers great amenities including a seasonal poolside bar and grill, snow-cone vendor, large arcade, ocean view exercise room, heated pools, lazy river, tadpole padded play area and much more.
Hurricane Michael repairs are being done on the outside walls. As of right now one balcony is not available to walk on.
2/2019 New large flat screen TV added in LR.
Extra charge may be added for holidays. So a quote may change if during a holiday.
Splash 1901E is in the 19th floor. All 3 balconies are facing the ocean with a great unobstructed view.

Discounted Spring Rates: 2 night minimum through May 18.
Off season, holidays and weekends 3 night minimum. Spring and Summer we rent Saturday-Saturday. We have to put 2 day rental on our account to cover guest who rent more than 7 nights so we can rent the extra days. Cancellations 60 days out get full refund minus any credit card fees. Under 60 days we try to work with guest and if we re-rent the condo you will receive the amount received. We rarely have trouble if there is a cancellation re-renting a condo if we have plenty of time.
We do not wish to rent to any person who smokes or to a group if anyone smokes in the party. $1000 fine for any smoke smell. $20.00 one time registration fee for your visit. No guests allowed with guest, only registered guests allowed on the property. Holidays will be quoted back with an additional night added, if not already added in totals. Spring, Fall and Winter Breaks are rented in full weeks if possible
