This listing  and twin identical house next door is listing , I have owned since July 31, 2008. I have been listed since July, 2008 on . Each 3 story house has 3 bedrooms 2.5 bath with 2 car garage. Third level has the 3 bedrooms/2 baths with a balcony. The second level has kitchen, living room with queen sleeper sofa, dinning room, half bath with w/d & balconies on front & back of house. House is 150 feet from the pristine white sandy beaches with easy access. The shared back yard is fenced with a shared16x36’ heated pool with steps & handrail on each end. House is fully furnished in tropical decor and has all the luxuries of home for a stress free vacation.

The villa's main features are the pool patio shared by identical house next door and deck areas on both the second and third levels. The front offers a screened deck area off the living room for enjoying a late afternoon snack or sunset meal. The back deck off the dining room overlooking the pool leads to the lower pool area and its lush tropical surroundings. The third level balcony off the master bedroom faces the beach.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed and en-suite with walk-in closet and balcony. The second guest room overlooks the pool and offers a queen size bed. The final guest room offers two twin beds. This unit also features a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Optional identical rental house next door for additional 6 guests.

The dining room, kitchen and living room areas are an open floor plan allowing easy conversation and entertaining. We are within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. There is a free trolley that runs the length of the Island, should you decide to travel ' Island style.
