Granite Countertops in kitchen and all 3 bathrooms being installed Jan 9th. New lights in all baths are in and a 5 star custom shower in the oceanfront master with rain shower head will be finished by the end of January 2023. The shower will be handicap accessible with the use of supplied owner ramp.
