The last room on this floor is the bunkroom featuring a full over full built in bunk bed and queen bed with private bath. There is also a linen closet, stairs and an elevator on this floor that reaches all levels of the house.
The second floor has a king bedroom with private bath across from the elevator. Down the hall, just off the living area, is a powder room. The living area is open concept with a large seating area, with a beautiful gas fireplace directly below a 75" smart TV. There are French doors leading to a walk out balcony with ocean views. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a separate under counter icemaker. There are beautiful marble counter tops, and the dining area seats twelve people.
The third floor houses the laundry room with a large washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board. This floor includes a king master bedroom with ensuite and a walk out balcony that spans the width of the house. Across from the king master is a queen bedroom with private bathroom and has French doors leading out to the balcony.
