Property Description
Yes, you CAN have it all! Splash in the clear blue Gulf waters at one of the several nearby beaches. Chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and sand toys are provided for you with this home!
Come home to your private, heated pool inside the screened lanai. Cook dinner in your fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pool and enjoy dinner at sunset on your lanai with dining table.
Our comfortable open living room is equipped with a 50" TV and free WiFi is provided for our guests.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. One of the guest rooms has a queen bed and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds providing plenty of room for everyone.
The 2 car garage is supplied with all the necessities required for a day at the beach and includes two bicycles. There is also a fully equipped laundry so no worries about taking soiled clothing back home.
Venice, Florida is the shark-tooth capital of the world, and many beachcombers find these hidden gems while strolling along the water's edge.
Our vacation home is close to shopping, dining, boating, fishing, hiking, biking and golf. Downtown Venice, a palm-tree lined village with quaint shops and many fine restaurants, is only a short 10 minute drive.

Great house in a great location.
We really enjoyed our stay. House is close to Shamrock park and beaches. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. The pool was great, even enjoyed it during a few of the cool days. Would definitely stay there again.Janet O.

Spent the month of February at this very clean cutely decorated & cozy rental home. Coming from cold Minnesota the warm Florida weather was so appreciated. The heated pool was wonderful, relaxing and used everyday!!! Really liked the covered area over the table on the lanai that blocked the sun. Best of both worlds, you could be directly in the sun or in the shaded area. House had everything you could possibly need. Bud was always available if anything was needed or for questions.
