Two other bedrooms with bathroom in-between reside on the opposite side of the house along with a washer and dryer in the mud room. Each room has its own new TV for entertainment and ceiling fan for comfort.

The dine-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig, and dishwasher. It also offers seating along the peninsula that overlooks the inviting family room with a 55” TV and large ceiling fan. The family room looks out to the large heated screened pool area through panoramic sliding doors.

Outside, you will relax in style with a large, heated pool with covered lanai, family size table and chairs, and lounge chairs to soak in the sun. Behind that you will find a man-made, freshwater canal where you can watch the Florida wildlife or throw a line in the water and enjoy some fishing.

The home also comes stocked with things you may need when travels with children. Puddle-Jumpers (2), tear-free shampoo & body wash, sound machine, pack and play, high chair, kid's cups etc.
