We invite you to come and stay in our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom waterfront home, perfect for the whole family. Located in Pompano Beach. Just minutes from the beach and close to a limitless choice of restaurants and malls, you will never be bored. Our heated pool and area have a child proof fence for a worry-free vacation, especially, if you have little ones running around ideal for family fun. Grill some steaks on the BBQ and enjoy dinning outside watching the boats cruise the waterway and the Breathtaking Sunsets in South Florida style. The backyard is a great place to sit after the beach and have a little happy hour, sit and watch for manatees or just fish off of the dock. The family room / kitchen area opens to the patio & pool deck where you can relax and enjoy your own beautiful private resort setting. The home is full of updated amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, in-home laundry facility, cable/free Wi-Fi and open living space

Our home is only a 5-7-minute drive to the Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the sea beach. It is a very convenient location within walking/bicycle distance to some restaurants and stores. You are 15-20 minutes via car to Fort Lauderdale beaches, beautiful Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Mizner Park in downtown Boca Raton with incredible shopping, restaurants and movies at the onsite cinema and 10 minutes to Deerfield Beach.

Love this house
We absolutely loved staying here. The place is clean, the bathrooms are new, the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and pots and pans and the neighborhood is great. Everything is super close, stores, restaurants, the beach, airport is only 15/20 min away. My 2 girls (age 4 & 2) enjoyed the pool and spa so much. My husband and I got to use the paddle boats out on the lake in the back. We had family over for thanksgiving dinner and had a bbq on our last day there. Kevin dropped off a fresh propane tank for us. The trip was a blast. The house was perfect for us and we can’t wait to stay there again.Judy L.
A Little Bit of Heaven on a Florida Canal
My husband and I and our 2 adult daughters found this house after a last minute decision to gather in FL for a pre Christmas celebration. We each had our own bedroom and private bath. We kayaked, spent time in the jacuzzi, and pool, and sat on the dock and watched nature go by. We are foodies and the pantry and kitchen were were well stocked beyond expectations allowing us to bake and grill a couple of gourmet meals. Its proximity to West Palm Beach and Miami allowed us to meet friends from both places and enjoy several more excellent meals. Our daughters arrived overly stressed from work demands and within minutes began to relax. Next year we will stay longer and have time to use the fishing poles to catch our own fish to grill for dinner (if legally possible) since we saw and heard plenty. One was the largest any of us had ever seen outside of the large ones, such as tuna, that live mostly in the deep sea.Sara S.

Great location
This property was great. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials need to cook your own meals. Good quality bath towels and beach towels. The beach chairs were great for our day at the beach. The intercostal backyard view was beautiful. They even have kayaks you can use. The bbq grill was a plus used it a couple of times for dinner. Very quiet neighborhood. It’s on a cul de sack so no traffic noise. Pool and hot tub were used daily. Would definitely stay at this property again.Mark D.

Perfect Getaway
The property was incredible. The pool and hot tub were clean and towels, kayaks, and bicycles were provided. They even had a high chair for our youngest!
