Gorgeous remodeled 1 bedroom apt full kitchen with pots and pans ,silverware ,plates, bowls, mugs, knives, cutting boards coffee maker, toaster ,microwave, new Stainless steel appliances, hurricane windows ,new split AC units in living room and bedroom
Living room has 52 inch smart TV and bedroom has 32 inch smart TV .There is a sofa bed and one queen bed in the bedroom ,new updated bathroom . You are walking distance to everything restaurants, cafes, shopping and parks and Fishing Pier!
We offer a free beach chairs ,umbrellas and beach towels , for a small amount money you can rent bikes from us and hop on for a ride! Enjoy a beautiful view of pool and courtyard Colorful Beach towels -Bath Towels, hand towels & washcloths with bar soap & shampoo/conditioner ,Iron and Ironing Board -Hair Dryer -Free high speed internet throughout the building and ceiling fans
The car is not necessary ,but there is on parking spot assign for each condo
Ft Lauderdale Airport is 30 min drive from the condo and Miami everglades park is about one hour drive, we are located just one mile south from Boca Raton
Mizner Park is jus 10 min drive from the condo ,same Boca Parks red reef park, Spanish River Park, Gumbo Limbo and South Beach Park are less then 10 min ride by car or 15-20 min bike ride There are 10 restaurant walking distance from the Condo.

Spring Break
Our second time staying here and it was great once again. Can’t beat the location for beach access and anything else you may need for your vacation. Also took in a Inter Miami soccer game and stadium was super close by as well. Would definitely recommend and will be back hopefully soon.Sharron W.

The condo was newly renovated and immaculately clean. We met the cleaning lady who was so sweet. The size of condo was just right for 3 of us, a little uncomfortable on the sleeper sofa but that was to be expected. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved having beach towels and 2 chairs provided for us. One more chair would have been ideal. The blue beach umbrella was hopelessly broken. Deerfield Beach was quiet, clean and safe even on spring break. The only regret I have is not renting a car. There are no grocery stores nearby, only one restaurant in the hotel across the street, and Uber and Lyft were difficult to use. We waited a long time for rides to show up and many times they canceled. The advantage of staying here is the lower cost, access to a kitchen, and quiet beach. Overall a nice getaway for me and my two daughters.Nick B.

What a little gem, very clean, and super close to the beach. It’s a little hike to the bar district of Deerfield, but you have a nice beachfront bar across the street. You are also only a small block walk from the beach. Everything was great, we are excited to return!Adam P.

Anniversary Trip

Wonderful location!
Cute place! Bedroom in apt 9 super tiny. Just a bed and wall touching each side so you had to crawl in from foot of bed. But I knew that from other reviews so wasn’t a surprise. Complex small and personable and other guests were friendly and helpful! Will stay again and try to get a bigger unit.Cynthia G.
