Walk through the double door entrance into a wide open space and golf course views! There is approximately 2,523 square feet under air, with a total of 3,024 square feet. This home has a great room and family room with both formal and casual dining areas. There is a split bedroom plan with the master bedroom having a king bed and the other two bedrooms have a queen bed in each room. The den also serves as a 4th bedroom with a daybed that offers two twin mattresses. The master bath has 2 sinks, a separate tub and shower with two shower heads in it. The kitchen has granite counter tops with a glass top stainless stove and refrigerator.
The lanai, overlooking the 8th hole of the Flamingo Golf Course, has both a swimming pool and spa. Also there is a gas grill provided for use. The private outdoor courtyard off the master bedroom is a great place for morning coffee. This home has an over sized 2 car garage also.

Spectacular Golf Course Home !
This is an amazing home on the golf course in Lely Resort. I can not say enough positive things about this home so take my advice and book it for your next trip to Lely. The house is elegant and spacious . The spaciousness is wonderful for extended families and a treat for those of us who appreciate that feeling. The master bath with walk in shower and closet is lovely and the master bedroom with direct pool access is huge. The home sits on a beautiful fairway with trees in the background and a wonderfully serene pond view as well. Lely Island Estates is a grand neighborhood with a lived in family feel. You will be part of the community in no time at all . Looking forward to a return visit soon.Steven S
Great S Naples location.
This was our first extended stay in the Naples area. Located in the Lely Resort Community, only 20 min drive to downtown Naples or Marco Island. Home large enough for hosting guests. Nice pool, great view out back of golf course and small lake. Lely Players Club access with all it’s amenities really nice bonus.cynthia F.
Lely in January
We enjoyed our stay at this property and in this resort location. We had a couple minor issues with washing machine and ripped lanai screens but Mike took care of things quickly. House was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, small appliances and utensils. Plenty of towels and linens as well as beach towels if needed. Location was great, 5 minutes to Publix and major roads in Naples. Short drive to Marco Island. Highlight was use of Players Club and Spa for 2 weeks. We hated to leave.Cathy S.
Lely, a special place.
Excellent home with beautiful golf course view, pool and spa, and total comfort. Mike and Dee were so attentive and always followed up. Players Club was a real plus. We will be back!Jerry H
Nice quite large home
Great vacation home in quite neighborhood. Very clean and beautiful backyard view or large pond, golf course and extremely private. Everything in the house worked as advertised. Centrally located for Marco Island and downtown Naples area.Contact Owner
