The house is located in the Hampton Park section of Gateway, which is only minutes to Jet Blue Red Sox Stadium and RSW Airport and I 75. The community offers Basketball, a BBQ - Picnic area, a Bike and Jog Path, Billiards, Clubhouse, Community Pool, Exercise Room, Library, and a Play Area. The HOA requires all tenants to pass a criminal and background check, which is an additional fee of $100 per adult.
