An exquisite 3 level home in a small exclusive gated community with elevator and heated swimming pool overlooking the canal. Relax while sipping your favorite cocktail on the 2nd or 3rd floor lanai or on the oversized dock. Enjoy total privacy as the master suite encompasses the entire top level of our home, pocket doors open the whole top level to enjoy the complete feeling of indoor/outdoor space. While in the master suite you will enjoy the butler kitchen that includes a sink, fridge and coffee maker, with a separate private sitting area. The master bath includes a jetted tub, oversized shower, bidet, and television. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, private bathrooms, televisions and private balconies. This home also includes an outside cooking area with a large grill with a searing feature, sink and mini fridge. Your home also includes a gigantic game room on the ground level consisting of a , pool table, ping pong table, card table, foosball table and a bar with bar stools, opening up the pocket sliders to the swimming pool. Please feel free to open the 10 foot high pocket sliders on the main level as you get your feel of the lanai outdoors. Watch the natural saltwater life from the dock every afternoon as you enjoy the comforts your home. We have seen dolphins, manatees, stingrays, shark and numerous other wildlife outside our view.

Wonderful place
I don’t want to repeat what the other reviewers said and will try to make it short. Location is perfect- quite, gated community, bike to the beach, walk to the several restaurants in the area. House is beautiful, clean, pool is warm. We swam every day. Basement is full of entertainment (even for adults). We fished from the dock and canoe. Owners are extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely book for the next season. Highly recommended!John K.

Location is perfect for enjoying everything from Captiva to Marco Island, centrally located around the county line of Lee/Collier. Easy access to Barefoot Beach at Bonita Springs or Wiggins Pass Beach in North Naples. Several excellent restaurants within one mile....Enzo's, C Level, Petras, Prime, etc. Amenities included heated pool/spa and canal access to Little Hickory Bay for water activities Amanda and Thomas were excellent hosts!paul p.

Amazing house and the Best owners to work with.
We brought our family down for vacation. This house had everything we could have wanted. Well furnished and very accessible to the beach(only short drive). The pool was great and the game room was so much fun. We have rented quite a few times in this area and this was our BEST experience. The owners are awesome and quick to respond. They were very accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect! By far, our favorite vacation in Bonita.Karley K.
This house was Such a dream!
This past week we took a vacation to this house and oh my gosh it was amazing! My husband, 3 kids and myself couldn’t have had a more relaxing time from eating almost every meal on the beautiful back porch, swimming from sun up to sun down in the amazing pool and spa and relaxing on this beautiful quiet street! The location was perfect with tons of wonderful restaurants within minutes, the best ice cream place and an amazing beach about a 3 min drive away. We cant wait to stay at this house again and again. Amanda and Thomas were AMAZING to work with very quick to respond and just so kind. We couldn’t have picked a better house to enjoy and we were lucky enough to have Amanda every step of the way! Awesome house, Awesome Location
The listing pictures don't do this house justice - it's huge and is well worth the price. Well appointed, well stocked, clean, great location, quite street. Owners are great and resolved an issue in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.
