This cozy and safe beachfront property next door to Hyde Resort, Doubletree by Hilton & Diplomat hotels allows easy access to the beautiful sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Very conveniently located to many restaurants, great shops, Walmart, Gulfstream casino and other entertainment. It is conveniently located b/w Miami & Ft. Lauderdale and less than 20 min to/from FLL airport
This is a very large one bedroom unit with a master bedroom, living/dining, full kitchen and two separate bathrooms.
The suit can accommodate up to 6 people
- 2 queen beds in the master bedroom,
- 2 sofa beds in the living room and
there is an additional inflatable double bed is available as well
Guest access
Access to the beach, swimming pool, gym, pool table, table tennis and party room using electronic fob.
The Condo management requires and charges $30 for 2 guests registration with concierge and temporary electronic fob that allows the use of facilities such as gym, access to beach path and the Swimming pool at the building.

I recently stayed at Irina’s place and it better than I expected. The location was very clean and had everything you would need from beach chairs and accessories to pots and pans. Whenever I had questions my host were very prompt with responses. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The condo has older appliances, and we saw a few bugs in the kitchen every now and then, but everything was perfect for our needs. Linens were clean and fresh upon arrival. The condo building is in great location, just steps from the beach. Pool was nice and warm in January! I’ll also mention that my family did not have a car during our stay, but many places, including Walmart, are within walking distance. Ubers and Lyft’s are available 24/7. Overall, it’s a reasonably priced place and our experience was very positive.Tylar

Irina and Richard went above and beyond in order to make our stay very comfortable. Richard was there at night when we were checking in and was kind enough to give us a walkthrough that helped us tremendously. The location is perfect, just a minute walk to the sand and ocean. 711 is right across the building and Walmart and other great restaurants are a 10 minute walk away. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with everything that we needed for our week long stay. We appreciated Irina's suggestions and checking in on us, to ensure we feel safe and are comfortable. We would love to stay at Irina's again.Victor
