The Villa provides plenty of room for you to enjoy. As you enter, the living room ceilings soar for an open, light filled space. You can choose from many entertainment areas and an open concept, eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining room. The house has 5 bedrooms - all on one level. The private master bedroom has new tile floor, trey ceiling, ceiling fan, attached bathroom suite, and walk-in closet. The other side of the house has 4 additional bedrooms – King bedroom, queen bedroom and bunk room. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds - or use it as a private room to relax, watch Television, or read.

When you arrive, you will find the House Information Book filled with details about shopping, fishing, local activities, dining and much more.
You will love the open concept kitchen, high ceilings, split bedroom plan and one level living that the Villa has to offer. Previous guests say the home is much better than the pictures. It will be your beach house resort getaway!

Amazing Home and Pool
We just returned from our 7 day stay at Ocean Retreat Villa, and loved every minute of our stay! We loved the home and the pool was very inviting and relaxing! Beautiful Home - Just as advertised
The house and private pool were exactly what we were seeking for a short New Year’s Eve stay. Jan was in contact with us from start to finish and was very polite and accommodating. Great house
We were lucky enough to stay in this great house our last trip to Destin . We loved the pool and the screened in lanai was an added plus. The golf cart came in handy for our trips to the beach. Jan answered quickly to any questions I had. Everyone had a great time!Julie P.
Perfect Destin Vacation Home
We just returned from our stay at the Ocean Retreat Villa over the July 4th holiday week and it was perfect. The house was bright and clean, and fit our multiple family crew with room to spare. The open layout with all glass doors along back side of home with a pool view was perfect for kids and swimming. The pool is amazing - perfect size and so fun with waterfalls and lights! The house was stocked with all essentials to get started for the week and had more than sufficient pots/pans, plates and utensils for our crew. Great location with a quick golf cart ride to beach and wonderful beachside restaurants. Must rent the golf cart - so nice! The community pool and playground are great as well! Overall wonderful home where many wonderful memories were made that we'll talk about for many years to come!Shireen J
Perfect beach house
This house was perfect for my family. We loved the gated community, kids enjoyed the pool. The homeowner kept in touch and responded right away when I had questions. I've been coming to Destin for over 10 years and this house is my favorite!Kathy G
Destin Retreat
The saltwater pool did not disappoint! We all loved hanging out there. We opted to heat it for an additional cost (May visit). The hot tub was hot too. It was so nice to have our privacy. The clubhouse is close, but we preferred the private pool. I was glad to have a big basket of beach towels for our family of 7. We went to Crab Island for an excursion and needed them. The master suite is very nice. The rest of the house provided plenty of space for us. We rented the use of the golf cart. We used it for a few beach runs and dinner at Pompano Joe’s. We rented the bikes. Those were pricey compared to the golf cart. We used them a few times and it was a nice way to get exercise. Jan was communicative and helpful when needed, and prior to our trip she called to give us helpful tips and answer any questions. The Destiny East is a very nice area, safe & quiet.
