The home includes huge pool with waterfall feature, custom lighting, floats, and screened-in lanai with a grill and outdoor refrigerator. The lanai has a patio table with 6 chairs, 2 loungers, and two other conversation seating spaces perfect for entertaining.

Master bedroom furnished with 1 king bed, 50 inch smart TV, large walk in shower, and a pool view. 

Second bedroom includes 1 King bed, 40 inch smart TV, closet, and large bathroom with walk-in shower. 

Third bedroom has 2 full beds, 32 inch smart TV, and closet. 

Fourth bedroom has 1 sleeper couch with full mattress, and 32 inch smart TV. With shared bathroom.

3 full bathrooms 1 located off the pool. Full kitchen, propane grill, private laundry, wi-fi, and cable included. 

Pool heat depends on the time of year as there are solar panels. Typically electric heater is used during winter months only.

There’s no other place like this one, our pickleball paradise is truly a one of a kind property. The Homeowners are pickleball enthusiast and love the game and the convenience of being able to literally play in your own back yard and still have the ability to get the grill going and have family time right at your finger tips. 

This property is on 3 lots both sides surrounded by palms creating complete privacy. The home sits at the T of the canal giving beautiful views in all directions. There’s a large concrete dock off the sea wall great for fishing. There are lights on the dock as well so you can put your pole in at anytime.

Other things to note

All large and small appliances should be 100% cleaned upon check-out to avoid fees. This includes especially the grill!

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
