Divided with Master suite on one side of the home and guest bedrooms situated across, this beautifully decorated Master Bedroom features a King sized bed and large screen TV with direct access to the pool area. The Master Bathroom features a extra large shower and his and hers sinks and sliding doors with access to the pool area. 
 
The first Guest Bedroom will feature two Twin sized beds and TV and has its own bathroom with Tub/Shower Combo and sink, while 
the second Guest Bedroom features a King sized bed and large TV with access to its own Pool Bathroom. The pool bathroom allows for showers, after sunlounging or pool swimming without the need of walking through the entire home. 
Enjoy the vaulted ceiling living area with a charming ceiling fan to make the evening relaxing. You will love  lounging on the large and very comfortable sectional sofa with large screen TV to make the Big Game  or relaxing with family and friends even more enjoyable. Games for entertainment areprovided  with puzzles and books  to enjoy after a day spent enjoying the lovely lanai  and pool area. Entertaining friends and family will be the highlight as the slider doors fully open up to the  pool area  which is beautifully lit for evening relaxation, and outdoor dining . The dining room features a beautiful Concrete table with seating for up to 8 or more. 

The patio area features a dining area with seating for up to 8 and also a relaxing lounging area with comfortable seating on decorator cushioned chairs, and outdoor fans for the hotter evenings. Do not forget the large Pool deck with 4 sun loungers for the perfect tan and outdoor TV for viewing that big game or evening movie. The electric heated pool will ensure that swimming is comfortable during our cooler months and homeowners also supplied a gas grill for your entertainment. For the keep fit enthusiast thereare  2  bikes  available  for that morning or evening exercise routine, or casual ride through the beautiful serene  neighbourhood.  Pool toys, books, games,  beach equipment  for that  beach excursion and more are provided to make your stay pleasurable and entertaining.
