The home has an open living, dining, and kitchen area that is perfect for hosting family meals and game nights. The kitchen features Jenn Air appliances, custom white cabinets, and a breathtaking glass backsplash. The dining room can seat 8 guests, and the kitchen island can seat 4.
All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are professionally decorated with luxury and comfort in mind. The spacious back porch overlooks the freeform swimming pool. Sea Vous Play is just a short five-minute walk to the white sandy beaches and a few blocks walking distance from Anna Maria’s famous shopping district, Pine Ave.

This home is fabulous. The location near Pine St. is terrific, and it’s a short walk (or bike ride) to the beach. The home is well-stocked, clean, and in great shape. It’s laid out well, and the outdoor space (including hot tub and pool) is superb! Patrick is extremely accommodating and responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!Lea

What a lovely vacation home! Comfy beds, luxurious bathrooms, huge gathering areas inside and out. Off the main drag but near enough to walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The elevator was such a great convenience for our more elderly family members, not to mention moving groceries and luggage in and out. Just a fantastic place to have a family reunion. This vacation home was one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was perfect for our family. The home is beautiful and has everything any one would ever need. The open floor plan, gorgeous kitchen, wonderful beds, 2 great porches and a swimming pool with a heated hot tub that is just gorgeous at night. This home also has wonderful parking in two big garages and an elevator. The downstairs cook area was perfect for our family. We invited my 85 year old Daddy and his wife. It was our 39th wedding anniversary and our Granddaughters 6th Birthday. We made many many lasting memories in the wonderful place.We will be back very soon. Location is perfect- City Pier on one end and gorgeous beach on the other. Must check out Ginny and Janes for breakfast. Travel on the island is easy via Trolly.
