Loved everything about this house and location. We really enjoyed being able to walk to all the restaurants, shops, etc. on Pine St. Everything was so easy. Kitchen was great, had everything we needed. Both inside and outside very clean and tidy. All four bedrooms were so nice and each with its own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were so amazing, we used them everyday. I really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Everything was just so easy. We loved it so much we booked for next year before we left for home. Owner easy to get in touch with if needed. Highly recommend this house.

Our group of 7 stayed at the Seaside Maison over the 2021-2022 holidays and had an absolute blast! We have been coming down to AMI and renting out homes weekly for about the last 7 seasons or so and we can honestly say that Patrick's home was by far the best all around! Everything from check-in to check-out was simple and seamless just the way it should be on a vacation. The house was in pristine shape and honestly the pictures don't do it justice. Everything was clean, new, and most importantly...actually works! We stay in multiple homes a year and can't tell you how many times something looks great in the pictures or description only to find out that its broken or doesn't work properly and wont be usable on the trip (pool heater, appliances, gaming systems/tables, etc) The pool/hot tub combo was heated and worked great, especially for the kiddos. The pool is plenty big and the hot tub is the style with an overflow into the pool so there is a constant waterfall of warm water to keep the pool at a good temp. The balconies off the kitchen overlooking the pool area were clutch not only as a hangout but as a way to be on the upper level and still being able to keep an eye on the kids (older children). The lower level has PLENTY of seating for a group of any size and was a prime spot for us all week especially with the outdoor TV. The kitchen itself has most any item/utensils you might need to cook a meal for a large group, although we did not do much cooking outside of breakfast or quick snacks. The appliances are new and top of the line. Take note that each of the 4 bedrooms does have its own bathroom which is awesome when its couples or a mixed family like ours where privacy and separate spaces is preferred. The beds/pillows were comfortable which again is noteworthy as MANY AirBnB/VRBO homes we have stayed are full of pancake pillows and old mattresses ruining the vacation sleep we are all after. Also plenty of linens/towels so can swap out easily if needed.

The house is beautiful and stylishly furnished with easy walks to the beach, restaurants and local shops. We would walk to the local bakery for fresh fruit smoothies each morning and sit on a bench next to the white, sandy beach and watch the sun come up. Hot days spent in the fantastic pool and hot tub or bobbing about in the warm, clear sea. Really great house.

We visited February 2023 and could not have had a better trip. The house was beautiful and very comfortable for our group of 7. We had 3 smaller children and they loved the pool. The location is perfect and walking distance to the Sandbar, breakfast options and the beach! Patrick was quick to respond and very helpful each time. We can’t wait to come back next year!

This is a beautiful, well maintained (very new) home. It’s exactly as shown in the photos. Our group really enjoyed how comfortable everything was. It’s walking distance to beach and some great restaurants. This was our first trip to Anna Maria island and I think everyone agreed we would like to come back. Thank you, Patrick!

This home is in a perfect location to do anything and not ever have to get in your car.

This home is in a perfect location to do anything and not ever have to get in your car. The home is beautiful well maintained and up to date. Everything you need is there. The beds are comfortable. The area is quiet. The yard is beautiful. The pool and hot tub are amazing. There’s seating in the house and outside for everyone to be comfortable and not searching for a place to sit or have to be on top of each other. Kitchen has everything you need and is beautiful and the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room, living room and porch makes being together easy. We absolutely loved it and would recommend this home to anyone.

Beautiful home in a beautiful town. We’ve stayed in airbnbs around Anna Marie and this one was the best. I plan on coming back next year. Thank you so much Patrick. By the way, this home was very well stocked with everything you need for a home away from home.
