Enjoy Big Pine Key's peace and quiet from the canalfront screened porch of this 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom home in of Port Pine Estates, nestled deep in the heart of the Florida Keys National Key Deer Refuge. This well-maintained home on the gulf side of the island is nicely furnished and stocked with everything you need for your low-key monthlong vacation. This quiet residential neighborhood is just a few miles away from the grocery store and other conveniences, and there's a bike path and plenty of trails nearby so you can explore all the nature the island has to offer. Easy access to the Gulf via boat, paddleboard or kayak. Room on the dock for a small boat, less than 20 feeet long. Plenty of room to chill under the house after a day out on the water. Gas grill and bait freezer and boat drink fridge. The primary bedroom features a king bed, large closet and an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has two queen beds. There are twin bunks in the common area for when the kids come to visit.
This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. Maximum 3 cars + boat trailer. No smoking. No pets. There's a cap on electric ($250) and water/sewer ($150), and usage above those amounts will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the credit card on file.
