The master bedroom features a King size bed with a new (2023) Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt with adjustable frame, balcony access, a 55 inch smart TV and a private bath with dual vanity and a walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a new (2023) Sealy Posturepedic Plus Hybrid mattress as well as a 55 inch smart TV and access to the hall bath. The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa, a 65 inch Samsung smart TV and DVD player. Other features includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, ice maker, Keurig, and a 12 cup coffee pot, tile floors throughout, a full size washer and dryer. You will enjoy beautiful views from the large balcony, with access to the storage closet that has a refrigerator and chairs for your use.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Shipwatch provides boat and trailer storage for a fee set by the HOA. A check must be mailed to the Shipwatch association office along with a registration form 7 days before arrival. Decals will be picked up at the Shipwatch HOA office onsite. Please contact Liquid Life for further details.
PARKING PASSES
Two parking passes come with your Liquid Life reservation at Shipwatch. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your next beach vacation. If you find yourself needing to cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date (60 days for monthly rentals), we will offer you a refund on 100% of the rent paid. The only thing not refunded to you is the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance, the processing fee, and the damage waiver fee. If you cancel within 7-14 days before check-in, you will receive 50% of your rent back. See our Rental Agreement sent to you upon booking to read the full policy.
