I will provide a full refund of any deposit assuming you provide me with at least 30 days notice prior to your arrival date. Refunds for cancellations within 30 days notice will be provided if I re-book the suite at the same rate and duration of the stay. Please consider travel insurance which includes COVID cancellation

Elegantly furnished with 550 square feet, with a king bed, convenient sitting area with desk and double sofa bed. 45 inch high definition LED TV, iHome radio and Kitchenette with mini refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, sink and microwave. Marble and Granite bathroom with oversized jet whirlpool tub and separate glass enclosed shower and TV in bathroom.
110 square foot balcony overlooking Fontainebleau main pools and ocean. No Smoking. Glass-enclosed state of the art gym, 40,000 square foot two-level Lapis Spa with world famous treatments. On-site several beautiful restaurants: Steakhouse, 24 hour high end dining, poolside cafe, coffee shop, live nightclub, Blade Sushi Bar and Ultra-Lounge. Multiple pools, beach with chairs and umbrella, designer clothing boutique, spa shop, smoke shop and pool shop.
Rates quoted are an estimate and vary based on length of stay, time of stay and availability. Stays of less than 7 nights will likely result in a rate higher than the weekly rate shown. In general I have a 4 night minimum but will accept requests of less than four nights if I only have those dates available. Therefore if you need less than 4 nights send me the request and I will see if I can accommodate the request.
Effective for bookings made after 1/14/23, cleaning will be $150 for departure cleaning and at your option $75 per interim cleaning. Payments made via credit card or vrbo will incur a 3.5% fee.
